Brickell Ave Florist provides local flower delivery for Brickell, Miami, Key Biscayne, Downtown Miami, and nearby Miami-Dade communities when delivery is available. This policy keeps the core delivery details clear so your flowers can be prepared, routed, and delivered with the best chance of arriving smoothly.

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We make every effort to provide beautiful flowers, accurate floral work, timely delivery, and accommodating service. Flowers are natural, perishable products and floral gifts are handmade, so freshness, availability, design style, weather, and delivery conditions can all affect the final result.

Delivery Policy
Same-Day Delivery: If you order before 2:00 PM in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For orders going outside of our local delivery area, the order may need to be placed by 1:00 PM for same-day delivery. For same-day service on Saturday, please order by 12:30 PM.
Local Brickell Delivery: Brickell Ave Florist serves delivery customers in Brickell, Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, Miami, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Miami Beach, and nearby Miami-Dade communities when available. Delivery fees, timing, and availability may vary by distance, product, address type, holiday volume, and checkout options.
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9 AM-5 PM for business deliveries, 6 PM for residences, hotels, or hospitals, and 2 PM for high schools. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, extended delivery hours may apply and delivery times may run from 8 AM-8 PM.
Funeral Homes: Funeral orders are a high priority because timing matters. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will contact you quickly so you can make other arrangements or have flowers sent to the family's home. If you do not know the zip code or exact funeral home address, we can help look it up. We normally contact the funeral home to verify viewing or service details and coordinate flower delivery.
Banner Funeral Arrangements: Due to the time-sensitive nature of funeral deliveries, if a banner is not available, we will fill the order to value by substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement.
High Schools: High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher gifts to the school and student orders to a residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early because they usually must be received by 2 PM.
Weekend Delivery Policy: If Sunday delivery is unavailable and time permits, we may set up delivery for Saturday, including birthdays and anniversaries. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, the order may be scheduled for Monday and we will contact you before rescheduling a birthday or anniversary gift.
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver flowers to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
If No One Is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place, leave it with a neighbor, front desk, concierge, reception desk, or other appropriate contact, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange delivery.
Incorrect Addresses: Brickell Ave Florist is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted, an address correction or redelivery fee may apply. Please review all recipient details carefully before submitting the order.
Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed quickly and usually cannot be changed once they are being prepared, en route, or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not yet been processed, please call (305) 985-9319 as soon as possible.
Recipient May Be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they are available to accept delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes liability for requests to leave arrangements. We discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Brickell Ave Florist cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged products due to this special request.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the customer may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
Card Messages: The message entered in the card message field is the message sent with the gift. We do not include billing information with your order.
Taxes & Pricing
- Sales tax will be displayed during checkout if applicable.
- Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown during checkout based on the recipient location and order details.
- Many products are available in Regular, Deluxe, and Premium sizes that can be upgraded for a fuller presentation.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: Brickell Ave Florist is committed to delivering important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because flowers vary by season, weather, market supply, and regional availability, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary. We make every effort to preserve the look and feel of the arrangement by considering the shape, size, style, and color combination. In single-variety arrangements, the flower variety takes precedence over color when possible.
Balloons: Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted with equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but another color may be substituted. Containers will be matched as closely as possible.
Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of equal or greater value when necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Occasions: For funerals, birthdays, anniversaries, and other time-sensitive occasions, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure timely delivery if the requested flowers are unavailable and we are unable to contact you using the phone number or email address provided.
